MANAGEMENT BENEFITS. Employees eligible to participate in the Management Benefits and Cafeteria Plan shall continue to participate in such plan as may be amended from time-to-time at the sole discretion of the Board of Supervisors. Effective January 1, 2016, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be $3100 per calendar year. Effective January 1, 2019, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be increased from $3100 to $3300 per calendar year. Effective January 1, 2022, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be increased from $3300 to $3500 per calendar year.
