Common use of Management Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Management Committee Meetings. (a) The Management Committee will meet from time to time as its members consider necessary, but in no event less than once per calendar quarter unless otherwise agreed by each party’s Manager. Meetings may be held in person or wholly or partly by way of telephone or video conference. (b) The Management Committee shall determine the frequency, place and agenda for its meetings, the manner in which meetings will be called and all procedural matters not set forth herein.

(a) Meetings of the Management ----------------------------- Committee shall be held at least quarterly, but should circumstances so require, a meeting may be convened at any time at the request of any Participant. Participants shall be provided with reasonable notice of all meetings and may attend such meetings by telephone conference equipment or other electronic medium. The Project Manager shall serve as permanent chairman of the Management Committee will meet from time to time and, as its members consider necessarysuch, but in no event less than once per calendar quarter unless otherwise agreed by each party’s Manager. Meetings may be held in person or wholly or partly by way of telephone or video conference. (b) The shall coordinate all Management Committee meetings and shall determine the frequency, place and agenda for its chair such meetings, the manner in which meetings will be called and all procedural matters not set forth herein.
