Management of Absenteeism. It is understood that none of the provisions of this Article shall in any way limit the University’s right to take disciplinary or administrative action (up to and including termination of employment) for excessive unscheduled absenteeism or misrepresentation of illness, injury, medical, physical or mental condition, or misrepresentation of the reasons for or need to take leave.
