Common use of Management/Professional Development Funds Clause in Contracts

Management/Professional Development Funds. Management Development Funds are reimbursed up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500) annually for employees in management classifications. Professional Development Funds are reimbursed up to Three Hundred Dollars ($300) annually for employees in professional classifications. Effective the first full pay period following City Council adoption of the resolution authorizing the amendment of the MOU, reimbursement amounts for the remainder of FY 2017-18 and forward will increase to: One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) annually for employees in management classifications and Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) annually for employees in professional classifications. This program is administered in accordance with the City’s Administrative Instruction 3-2. Reimbursement is prorated for regular part-time employees.
