Common use of Management Representatives Clause in Contracts

Management Representatives. Each party hereby appoints the following individual as its Management Representative for purposes of this Agreement: TTG: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx User: Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx If a Management Representative resigns or leaves its employer, the party with a vacancy will promptly appoint a replacement. If either party fails to designate a Management Representative at its own initiative, it shall do so within three business days of a written request from the other party to do so.
