MANAGEMENT RIGHTS PROVISION. (A) The University retains and may exercise all rights, powers, duties, authority and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and constitutions of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America. (B) Except as specifically limited or modified by the terms of this Agreement, or by law, all the rights, powers, duties, authority, prerogatives of management, and the responsibility to promulgate and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the conduct and activities of employees are also retained by the University, whether exercised or not, and are to remain exclusively with the University.
