Management Structure. Government and Consortium are bound to each other by a duty of good faith and best effort in achieving the goals of the project. 1. The Consortium Management Committee (CMC) is responsible for the overall management of the Consortium including technical, programmatic, reporting, financial and administrative matters. 2. The DOE/NNSA Project Officer provides collaboration and fully participates in technical and project status meetings of the CMC. Other Government personnel as deemed appropriate by the Government may also participate in technical and project status meetings.
