Management Support Services. AllDigital will provide the following general management and technical support to each of the Service areas summarized herein, as well as the following additional services and duties for Customer and end-user customers, as applicable (collectively, “Management Support Services”):
Management Support Services. The Supplier shall provide a specified freephone telephone helpline number if requested to do so by the City of York Council for advice and guidance to managers. The Supplier shall provide advice and guidance to managers limited to Work related stress; Mental health issues; Terminal illness; and Bereavement. Support managers in recognising issues of mental health among City of York Council Personnel and provide advice on practical measures on how to support City of York Council Personnel; Enhance managers’ confidence and capability in all areas of health and wellbeing; and Provide information about and sign post City of York Council Personnel to specialist sources of help for any of the problems raised by managers.
Management Support Services. These services involve providing advice and assistance with the management and operation SOF organizations that are closely associated with the basic responsibilities and missions of SOF organizations. These services include strategic planning, SOF capability and structuring analysis and advice, with a broad array of deliverables such as data collection, writing services, public relations support and media analysis. While these tasks are not all inclusive, they represent support that assists enterprise planning and support for these services. The following is a representative sampling, not an all-inclusive listing of the Management Support Services tasks:  Position and Concept Papers. The contractor may be required to acquire and compile material from a multitude of different sources and develop specific, new, updated position and concept papers covering a variety of issues.  Reports. The contractor may be required to prepare reports on issues discussed during meetings, conferences, or other forums conducted by the government with other parties required to be delivered as defined at the task order level.  Independent Expert Support. The contractor may be required to provide independent expert advisory services regarding various activities related to the operation and management of an organization. These services include decision support analysis, independent assessments, business analysis, generation and review of acquisition and operational planning strategies and other focused related topics.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable. BNY Mellon disclaims liability to the Fund, and the Fund is solely responsible, for the selection, qualifications and performance of the Fund’s CCO and the adequacy and effectiveness of the Fund’s compliance program.

  • Transitional Services Agreement Seller shall have executed and delivered the Transitional Services Agreement.

  • Product Support a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.
