Monthly Services. 1. Polish and buff all tile floors.
2. Dust all furniture and desk accessories after buffing floors
3. Clean walls and partitions to remove dirt and fingerprints.
4. Dust and spot clean blinds.
5. Dust and spot clean light fixtures. Dust ceilings and air vents.
6. Clean door panels and air vents.
7. Vacuum all chairs.
8. Sweep porch, ceilings, corners and walls free of spider webs, etc.
Monthly Services. 1. Dust and wipe clean chair bases and arms, telephones, cubicle shelves, window xxxxx, relite ledges and all other horizontal surfaces as needed to maintain clean appearance (DO NOT MOVE PAPERS).
2. Edge vacuum all carpeted areas, as needed.
Monthly Services i. All mini-blinds and A/C vents will be dusted.
ii. Sanitize all telephones.
iii. Clean entire interior glass partitions and doors.
iv. All VCT floors will be waxed (more often as necessary) and baseboards polished.
Monthly Services a. Wipe down all walls and metal partitions. Partitions shall be left clean and not streaked after this work.
b. Clean all ventilation grilles. c. Dust all doors and door jambs.
Monthly Services. Dust all high reach areas including tops of door frames, furniture ledges, air conditioning diffusers, tops of partitions, picture frames, etc.
Monthly Services. NMR/LR Marketing Specialists and/or Ecommerce Administrators will attempt to contact Client every 10 to 20 business days to discuss upcoming promotions, events and other marketing items as defined by the affiliate program. This updated information is required to continue engaging Client’s customers and keep published material as current as possible on NMR/LR produced media. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide these updates to NMR. In addition, Client will be responsible for the proofing of material and signing-off on production where appropriate. Failure to approve and/or deliver content may result in missed updates, unpublished materials (mass market emails, Facebook posts, Twitter Tweets, product and pricing updates, graphics changes, etc.) and unedited materials. Services and Billing Notices:
1. Monthly Updates must be sent to NMR no later than the 15th day of the previous month. Ex. January updates must be submitted by the 15th of December.
2. Failure to deliver required promotional content can significantly delay production and posting of submitted materials.
3. Failure to provide content or approvals does not suspend billing or payments due unless the account is formally cancelled which may result in cancellation fees.
4. While delivering the above information to NMR is the responsibility of Client, NMR will endeavor to assist in these matters where possible.
5. Once received, NMR will load monthly promotional content and information updates to appropriate Client media services within 5-10 business days. The next section outlines information required, describes use of information and implementation of Client media services.
Monthly Services. Developer shall procure and pay directly to the vendor for janitorial, trash, recycling, and secure document shredding services.

Dust, wipe and clean chair bases and arms, telephone receivers, cubicle, shelves, window xxxxx, ledges and all other horizontal surfaces as needed to maintain a clean appearance (DO NOT MOVE PAPERS OR OTHER ITEMS ON DESK TOPS OR SHELVES). • Edge vacuum all carpeted areas, as needed. (more frequently, if needed on dark carpets – clean is clean.) • Dust ceiling vents, air diffusers and surfaces above 7 feet. • Scrub and Wax all hard surface floors, (carpet shampooing will be completed upon request and billed separately) • Strip and Wax all hard surface floors • Clean and sanitize all mirrors, bright work, countertops and enameled surfaces. • Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals, bowls (cleaning underside of rim) and fixtures using scouring powder to remove stains. • Wash both sides of all toilet seats with soap and/or disinfectant. • Clean all bright work, piping, toilet seat hinges, and other metal. • Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles. • Sweep, wet mop, and sanitize entire floor, including around toilet seats and under urinals. • Damp wipe/dust all walls, partitions, doors, and outside surfaces of all dispensers, as needed. • Fill toilet paper, soap, towels, and sanitary napkin dispensers (if applicable). • Wash and disinfect all showers including shower walls, floors, bright work, and doors (if applicable). • Replace trash liner. • Flush water through drain P-trap weekly to ensure elimination of odor. • Machine scrub all hard surface floors. • Dust ceiling vents, air diffusers and surfaces above 7 feet. • Sweep and spot mop all stone, vinyl or composition lobby floors. • Vacuum and spot clean all carpeted floor and mats. • Dust and polish all bright work, including mirrors and elevator call buttons. • Dust and polish all metal surfaces in elevators, including tracks, and elevator doors. • Vacuum and spot clean all carpet in elevators, including edging • Clean and polish all trash receptacles. • Dust all fire extinguisher cabinets and/or units. • Spot clean all doors. • All furniture should be cleaned as necessary (including directories). • Wash, disinfect and dry polish water coolers (if applicable). • Clean glass entrance doors, and tracks (if applicable). • Spot sweep and/or spot vacuum all interior stairways (excluding emergency exit stairways) and landings (if applicable). • Wet mop all stone, vinyl or composition lobby floors (daily spot mopping may satisfy this need). • Sweep and/or vacuum all interior stairways (excluding emergency...
