Manager’s discretion in respect of contribution to Management Expenses. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Deed, the Manager shall be entitled in its absolute discretion:-

Manager’s discretion in respect of contribution to Management Expenses. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Deed, the Manager shall be entitled in its absolute discretion:-discretion to charge the Owner concerned a reasonable sum as consideration for granting and processing any consent or approval required from the Manager pursuant to this Deed (irrespective of whether such consent or approval is eventually granted or withheld by the Manager) PROVIDED THAT such consideration shall form part of the Special Fund.
