MANAGERS RETURNED TO THE FACULTY Clause Samples
The "Managers Returned to the Faculty" clause establishes the conditions under which individuals serving as managers may be reassigned or returned to their original faculty positions. Typically, this clause outlines the process for such transitions, including any notice requirements, the preservation of tenure or seniority, and the terms under which the manager resumes faculty duties. Its core function is to ensure a clear and fair process for managers returning to faculty roles, thereby protecting both the institution’s operational needs and the individual’s employment rights.
