Once the procurement contract is concluded, the managing official is the main contact point for the service provider. Any correspondence or any questions with regards to the performance of the procurement contract will be addressed to him/her, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in these Tender Specifications. The managing official is responsible for the follow-up of the performance of the contract. The managing official is fully competent for the follow-up of the satisfactory performance of the procurement contract, including issuing service orders, drawing up reports and states of affairs, approving the services, progress reports and reviews.
