Mandatory Enrollee Clause Samples

The Mandatory Enrollee clause requires certain individuals or entities to participate in a specified program, plan, or process as a condition of their involvement in a broader agreement or system. For example, an employer may be obligated to enroll all eligible employees in a group health insurance plan, or a contractor may be required to register with a compliance monitoring system. This clause ensures that participation is not optional, thereby promoting uniformity, compliance, and the effective administration of the relevant program or policy.
