Common use of Mandatory Outpatient Treatment Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Outpatient Treatment. 2.7.2.11.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide mandatory outpatient treatment for individuals found not guilty by reason of insanity following a thirty (30) to sixty (60) calendar day inpatient evaluation.
