MANDATORY PLUS ONE PROGRAM. A. Commencing with the start of the 2008-2009 school year, the Superintendent shall have the authority to mandate that the work day at any elementary school required to restructure under the No Child Left Behind Act be extended by one (1) hour beyond the length of time set out in Article 9 for elementary schools (Mandatory Plus-One Program).
