MANEUVERS VALIDATION Clause Samples

The MANEUVERS VALIDATION clause establishes the requirements and procedures for verifying that specific maneuvers, such as those performed by vehicles, equipment, or personnel, meet predefined safety and performance standards. Typically, this involves conducting tests, simulations, or demonstrations under controlled conditions to ensure that the maneuvers can be executed reliably and safely. By setting clear validation criteria and processes, this clause helps prevent operational failures and ensures compliance with regulatory or contractual obligations.
