Common use of Manner of Use Clause in Contracts

Manner of Use. Tenant shall not cause or permit the Premises to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, which annoys or interferes with the rights of tenants of the Project, or which constitutes a nuisance or waste. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's occupancy of the Premises and shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Premises, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Manner of Use. Tenant shall not cause or permit the Premises Leased Premises, Building or Property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, or which annoys or interferes with the rights of tenants of the Projectdevelopment of which the Leased Premises, Building and Property are a part, or which constitutes a nuisance or waste. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, permits required for Tenant's occupancy of the Premises Leased Premises, Building and Property for the Permitted Use and shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Leased Premises, Building and Property, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Americans with Disabilities ActAct of 1990.

Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's ’s occupancy of the Leased Premises and shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with all presently applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Leased Premises, including, without limitation, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act rules (Governmental Rules and Regulations) and any Governmental Rules and Regulations promulgated in the Americans with Disabilities Actfuture which apply to this Lease.

Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of OccupancyOccupancy (to the extent applicable), required for Tenant's ’s occupancy of the Premises Improvements and shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with, be granted a variance from, or be grandfathered from compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Premises, including, without limitation, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Americans with Disabilities ActProperty.

Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, required for Tenant's occupancy of the Premises and shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Premises, including, without limitation, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Actlaws, ordinances and regulations regulating Hazardous Substances and /or Hazardous Materials.

Tenant shall not cause or permit the Premises Property to be used in any way which constitutes a violation of any law, ordinance, or governmental regulation or order, which annoys or interferes with the rights of tenants of the Projectdevelopment of which the Property is part, or which constitutes a nuisance or waste. Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including a Certificate of Occupancy, permits required for Tenant's occupancy of the Premises Property other than those relating to construction such as the building permit or certificate of occupancy and shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-non- substantial actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the PremisesProperty, including, without limitation, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Tenant shall obtain and pay for all permits, including permits (other than a Certificate certificate of Occupancy, occupancy for the Premises) required for Tenant's ’s occupancy of the Premises and Tenant shall promptly take and pay for all substantial and non-substantial actions necessary to comply with all applicable statutesstatues, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and requirements regulating the use by Tenant of the Premises, including, without limitation, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
