Common use of Manufacture by Alternate Source Clause in Contracts

Manufacture by Alternate Source. Subject to SCEA's approval as provided in Section 5.5.2 hereto and in this Section, Publisher may elect to be responsible for manufacturing its own Printed Materials (other than any Artwork which may be placed directly upon the PlayStation Disc, which Publisher will supply to the Designated Manufacturing Facility for placement), at Publisher's sole risk and expense. Prior to production of each order, Publisher shall be required to supply SCEA with samples of any Printed Materials not produced or supplied by a Designated Manufacturing Facility, at no charge to SCEA or Designated Manufacturing Facility, for SCEA's approval with respect to the quality thereof.
