Manufacture of Units. Upon approval of Executable Software and associated Printed Materials pursuant to Section 5, and subject to Sections 6.1.2, 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 below, the Designated Manufacturing Facility will, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 6, and at Publisher's expense (a) manufacture PlayStation 2 Format Discs for Publisher; (b) manufacture Publisher's Packaging and/or Printed Materials; and/or (c) assemble the PlayStation 2 Format Discs with the Printed Materials and the Packaging. Publisher shall comply with all Manufacturing Specifications related to the particular terms set forth herein. SCEA reserves the right to insert or require the Publisher to insert certain Printed Materials relating to the System or Licensed Trademarks into each Unit.
Manufacture of Units. Upon approval of Executable Software and associated Printed Materials pursuant to Section 6, and subject to Sections 7.4 – 7.7, the Designated Manufacturing Facility will, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 7, and at Publisher’s request and sole expense (a) manufacture PlayStation 3 Format Discs for Publisher; (b) manufacture Publisher’s Packaging and Printed Materials; and (c) assemble the PlayStation 3 Format Discs with the related Printed Materials and Packaging. Publisher shall comply with all Guidelines relating to the production of Units of Disc Products. The SCE Company reserves the right to insert or require Publisher to make arrangements for the insertion of certain Printed Materials relating to the System into each Unit.
Manufacture of Units. Upon approval, pursuant to Section 5, -------------------- of such pre-production samples of the Executable Software for the Master CD-ROM and the associated Artwork, Sony will, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 7, and at Licensee's expense (a) manufacture units of the Licensed Product for Licensee; (b) manufacture Licensee's Packaging and Inserts (subject to Licensee's right to manufacture its own Printed Materials at Licensee's sole cost and expense); and (C) package the CD-ROMs with the Printed Materials.

SCEA reserves the right to insert, or to require Publisher to insert, certain Printed Materials relating to the Player or Licensed Trademarks into each Unit of Licensed Products.

Publisher shall comply with all Manufacturing Specifications related to the particular terms set forth herein. SCEA reserves the right to insert or require the Publisher to insert certain Printed Materials relating to the System or Licensed Trademarks into each Unit.

Manufacture of Units a.) At the request of Affiliate and subject to Affiliate's responsibilities set forth in Section 4 below, II shall manufacture or contract for the manufacture of Units for any of those Versions listed on Exhibit A which are developed for the CD-ROM format or any other additional or successor format which is then capable of being manufactured by or on behalf of II, as determined by II. Manufacturing services shall include duplicating that storage medium, packaging, and related materials provided to II by Affiliate pursuant to this agreement and assembling those materials into finished Units, or may include the assembly of component parts previously manufactured and duplicated by Affiliate (collectively, "Components") and delivered to II for assembly into finished Units ("Manufacturing Services").
b.) If Affiliate desires to engage II to provide Manufacturing Services for any Version, it shall notify II. If II is duplicating the storage medium, Affiliate will deliver to II a "gold master" copy of the software for each Version ("Master"), fully-tested by Affiliate in accordance with Section 4.05 below. In addition, Affiliate shall deliver camera-ready artwork of all packaging materials, and other materials necessary for the manufacture of Units by II on a SyQuest disk or on any other medium reasonably directed by II.
