Manufactured Housing. No Mortgage Loan is secured by manufactured housing;
Manufactured Housing. With respect to any Mortgaged Property that constitutes manufactured housing, each related Mortgage Loan is secured by a "single family residence" within the meaning of Section 25(e)(10) of the Code. The fair market value of the manufactured home securing any Mortgage Loan was at least equal to 80% of the adjusted issue price of the Mortgage Loan at either (i) the date the Mortgage Loan was originated (as determined pursuant to the REMIC provisions), or (ii) the date the Mortgage Loan is transferred to the Purchaser;
Manufactured Housing. To the Assignor's knowledge, with respect to any Mortgage Loans that are on manufactured housing, such housing will be the principal residence of the borrower upon origination of the Mortgage Loan.
Manufactured Housing. In the case of a Mortgage Loan financing a dwelling which is a manufactured home, (i) the manufactured home is affixed to the real property in such a manner as to render the manufactured home real property under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is located, (ii) the Mortgage is a lien on the land on which the manufactured home is located as well as the manufactured home itself, and (iii) the manufactured home (a) has a minimum of 400 square feet of living space, (b) has a minimum width in excess of 102 inches and (c) is of a kind customarily used at a fixed location.
Manufactured Housing. With respect to any Group 1 Mortgage Loan that are on manufactured housing, upon the origination of each such Mortgage Loan the manufactured housing unit either (i) will be the principal residence of the borrower or (ii) will be classified as real property under applicable state law.
Manufactured Housing. To the Assignor's knowledge, with respect to any Mortgage Loans that are on manufactured housing, such housing will be the principal residence of the borrower upon origination of the Mortgage Loan. It is understood and agreed that the representations and warranties set forth in Sections 6 and 7 shall survive delivery of the respective mortgage loan documents to the Assignee or its designee and shall inure to the benefit of the Assignee and its assigns notwithstanding any restrictive or qualified endorsement or assignment. Upon the discovery by the Assignor or the Assignee and its assigns of a breach of the foregoing representations and warranties, the party discovering such breach shall give prompt written notice to the other parties to this Assignment Agreement, and in no event later than two (2) Business Days from the date of such discovery. It is understood and agreed that the obligations of the Assignor set forth in Section 9 to repurchase or, in limited circumstances, substitute a Mortgage Loan constitute the sole remedies available to the Assignee and its assigns on their behalf respecting a breach of the representations and warranties contained in Sections 6 and 7. It is further understood and agreed that, except as specifically set forth in Sections 6 and 7, the Assignor shall be deemed not to have made the representations and warranties in Section 7(j) with respect to, and to the extent of, representations and warranties made, as to the matters covered in Section 7(j), by Countrywide in the Sale Agreement (or any officer's certificate delivered pursuant thereto, if any). It is understood and agreed that, with respect to the Mortgage Loans, the Assignor has made no representations or warranties to the Assignee other than those contained in Sections 6 and 7, and no other affiliate of the Assignor has made any representations or warranties of any kind to the Assignee.

No manufactured home securing any manufactured housing contract is other than a “single family residence” as defined in section 25(e)(10) of the Code, i.e., it is used as a single family residence, has a minimum living space of 400 square feet and a minimum width of over 102 inches and is of the kind customarily used at a fixed location.
