MAPPA. Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) are statutory arrangements for managing sexual and violent offenders. MAPPA is not a body, but a framework to enable participating agencies to better discharge their statutory responsibilities to protect the public in a co-ordinated manner. All agencies participating in MAPPA retain their full responsibilities and obligations in relation to MAPPA and nothing in this agreement is intended to interfere with that.

  • Engineer Resources The Engineer shall furnish and maintain quarters for the performance of all services, in addition to providing adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the services required under the contract. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor.
