Maps and Descriptions. 5.3.1 Maps, and legal descriptions where available, of Settlement Land for each Yukon First Nation, and descriptions setting out any reservations, exceptions, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way or special conditions that the parties to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement agree apply to a Parcel of Settlement Land shall be annexed to and form part of that Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, and shall identify the Category A, Category B, Fee Simple Settlement Land and Proposed Site Specific Settlement Land of that Yukon First Nation.
