March. The court shall consist of three arbitrators, of whom one is appointed by each of the parties and the third is co-opted by both parties. Should the parties fail to appoint a third arbitrator, the appointment shall be made by the Presiding Judge of the Lisbon Court of Appeals at the request of either party.
