MARINE EXPENSES. All MARINE invoices or expenses greater than one-thousand dollars ($1,000) shall require the authorization and signature of XTREME CEO Kevin Ryan on checks or wires for said payments. All future MARINE xxxxxxxions greater than five-thousand dollars ($5,000) shall require the approval of a majority of the XTREME Board of Directors, prior to acceptance of the obligation. All MARINE invoices or expenses greater than five-thousand dollars ($5,000) shall require the approval of a majority of the XTREME Board of Directors, prior to payment.

  • Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.

  • Transportation Expenses The reasonable and necessary expenses of transportation required in the performance of Superintendent’s official duties shall be reimbursed at the rate set annually by the Board for District travel.

  • Reimbursable Expenses If the Compensation Table set forth in Attachment C of this Approved Service Order states that the City will reimburse the Consultant for expenses, then only the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement are Reimbursable Expenses unless the following box is marked and additional reimbursable expenses are set forth: In addition to the expenses identified in Subsection 10.5.3 of the Master Agreement, the following expenses are Reimbursable Expenses: 3.   • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money 5.3.2. The following costs are never eligible for reimbursement: • costs for excess baggage; • costs that are covered by the per diem; and • costs that are covered from a source other than this Contract 5.3.3. Travel tickets are reimbursed by EFI up to the cost of economy class level on basis of the most cost efficient itinerary, taking into account ticket price, travel duration, number of connections and safety of the transporting company. 5.3.4. For travel tickets, EFI requires the following documentation as supporting evidence: copies of tickets or electronic reservation, invoices and boarding cards. This documentation must clearly show the class of travel used, the time of travel and the amount paid.

  • Reimbursement of Costs Incurred The Contractor agrees to reimburse the Authorized User promptly for any and all additional costs and expenses incurred for acquiring acceptable services, and/or replacement Product. Should the cost of cover be less than the Contract price, the Contractor shall have no claim to the difference. The Contractor covenants and agrees that in the event suit is successfully prosecuted for any default on the part of the Contractor, all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be paid by the Contractor.

  • Trust Expenses Expenses incident to the Trust's performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, the costs of: (a) registration and qualification of the Trust shares under the federal securities laws; (b) preparation and filing with the SEC of the Trust's Prospectuses, Trust's Statement of Additional Information, Trust's Registration Statement, Trust proxy materials and shareholder reports, and preparation of a "camera-ready" copy of the foregoing; (c) preparation of all statements and notices required by any federal or state securities law; (d) printing of all proxy materials, shareholder reports, prospectuses and other documents required to be provided by the Trust to its existing shareholders, and providing sufficient copies of the same to the Company for distribution to Contract Owners currently invested in the Trust; provided, however, that if the Company prints copies of the Trust's prospectuses (or portions thereof) as part of a larger document containing prospectuses of other investment companies, the Trust shall bear the expense only of its share of the cost of printing the document (for this purpose, the Trust's share shall be the percentage of the total cost of the document represented by the ratio that the number of pages of the Trust's prospectus bears to the total number of pages); (e) all taxes on the issuance or transfer of Trust shares; (f) payment of all applicable fees relating to the Trust, including, without limitation, all fees due under Rule 24f-2 in connection with sales of Trust shares to qualified retirement plans, custodial, auditing, transfer agent and advisory fees, fees for insurance coverage and Trustees' fees; and (g) any expenses permitted to be paid or assumed by the Trust pursuant to a plan, if any, under Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act.

  • Living Expenses You will normally live in Oxford while you are a Matriculated Non-Award Student and will need to pay for your living costs such as food, accommodation, and personal items, unless this is being covered by your home institution.

  • CLAIM EXPENSES The Reinsurer will pay its share of reasonable claim investigation and legal expenses connected with the litigation or settlement of contractual liability claims unless the Reinsurer has discharged its liability pursuant to Section 9.4 above. If the Reinsurer has so discharged its liability, the Reinsurer will not participate in any expenses incurred thereafter. The Reinsurer will not reimburse the Ceding Company for routine claim and administration expenses, including but not limited to the Ceding Company's home office expenses, compensation of salaried officers and employees, and any legal expenses other than third party expenses incurred by the Ceding Company. Claim investigation expenses do not include expenses incurred by the Ceding Company as a result of a dispute or contest arising out of conflicting claims of entitlement to policy proceeds or benefits.

  • Limit on Operating Expenses The Advisor hereby agrees to limit the Fund’s current Operating Expenses to an annual rate, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets for the month, to the amounts listed in Appendix A (the “Annual Limit”). In the event that the current Operating Expenses of the Fund, as accrued each month, exceed its Annual Limit, the Advisor will pay to the Fund, on a monthly basis, the excess expense within the first ten days of the month following the month in which such Operating Expenses were incurred (each payment, a “Fund Reimbursement Payment”).
