Common use of Market Based Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Market Based Adjustments. A. Effective April 5, 2020, the base hourly rate range of each classification listed in subsection “D,” below, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by one half percent (0.50%).

Market Based Adjustments. A. Effective April 5March 21, 20202021, the base hourly rate range of each classification listed in subsection “DB,” below, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by six and one half percent (0.506.5%). Effective March 20, 2022, the base hourly rate range of each classification listed in subsection “B,” below, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two percent (2.0%).

Market Based Adjustments. A. Effective April 528, 20202024, the base hourly rate range of each classification listed in subsection “DF,” below, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by one three- and one-half percent (3.5%). And the base hourly rate range of each classification listed in subsection “G,” below, and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by one-half percent (0.50%).
