Common use of Market requirements Clause in Contracts

Market requirements. (a) Without derogating from the Service Provider’s obligations under clause 4.1(c)(iv), the Service Provider must ensure that the Service Provider, and the Facility, have such registrations as are required under the Market Rules to entitle the Service Provider to provide the Services. (b) The Service Provider must ensure the Standing Data for the Facility is consistent with the requirements of this Contract. (c) The Service Provider must not change the Standing Data minimum response time for the Facility without the prior written consent of Western Power.
