Market Studies. As of the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall have received and approved original market study reports, dated within sixty (60) days prior to the Closing Date, addressed to the Purchaser, prepared by a qualified real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, such market studies to be otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser.
