Market Studies. The parties may elect to exchange information contained in studies performed by them or by their consultants or representatives that may be of interest to the other party. The information contained in the studies shall be treated in a confidential manner. The parties may also elect to perform joint studies that address their areas of respective interest.
Market Studies. The parties agree that although Nissan may continue to perform market studies of the Primary Market Area and any contiguous market areas, or any portion thereof, pursuant to Section 4.A of the Standard Provisions, they will base the Market Area Plan on their collaborative review and analysis of all relevant data, including such market studies.
Market Studies. As of the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall have received and approved original market study reports, dated within sixty (60) days prior to the Closing Date, addressed to the Purchaser, prepared by a qualified real estate appraiser reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser, such market studies to be otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser.
Market Studies. After the Effective Date, Purchaser shall have the right to conduct one or more market studies (each a “Market Study”) for any Phase of the Property, to examine the market demand for the portion of the Project planned for such Phase. Each Market Study shall be conducted by a consultant who specializes in market demand for the specific use(s) intended for the Phase being studied.
Market Studies. 6.1 Any Marketing Study shall be carried out by Almirall on the terms of Clause 4.4.
6.2 All rights in and to any data, results, information, inventions, discoveries and/or improvements arising out of the performance of a Marketing Study, whether patentable or not, conceived, made, obtained or developed (the “Data Package”) pursuant to a Marketing Study performed in the Territory shall vest in and remain the property of Almirall, provided always that the rights in such Data Package shall be the subject of the grant of rights to GW Pharma under Clause 2.2, save that where an ex-EU Partner will not allow GW Pharma to share clinical trial data generated by such ex-EU Partner with Almirall as set out in Clause 4.3, the grant of rights pursuant to Clause 2.2 shall not include the right to grant any rights to the Data Package to such ex-EU Partner.
Market Studies. The parties agree that, in recognition of the commitment to maintain a rational and equitable compensation structure, external market surveys are necessary for comparisons. The parties agree that no less than ever two (2) years after the most recent market survey, the Union/Management Committee will meet to mutually select no more than seven (7) Classification Groups to benchmark wages and benefits against the external labor market. The Employer has one year from the date of the written request to complete the study. •
