Marketing and Transportation. As between the Parties, Producer shall be solely responsible, and shall make all necessary arrangements at and downstream of the Delivery Points, for the receipt, further transportation, and marketing of Producer’s owned and Controlled Product. Midstream Co shall have no liability for any operations or activities upstream or downstream of the Individual System.
