Common use of Marketing Meetings/Conferences Clause in Contracts

Marketing Meetings/Conferences. Meetings/conferences may be necessary to market services, resolve problems, or to facilitate understanding of the requirements of the contract. The participants at these meetings/conferences shall include members of the contractor’s staff, the customer, and other representatives of the government. The GSA PCO and the contractor shall schedule these meetings/conferences. All contractor costs associated with the attendance at these meetings shall be incidental to the contract and shall not be separately billed.
