Personnel ConductConsultant will ensure that its respective employees, agents, and subcontractors conduct themselves in a courteous and expeditious manner. The use of abusive, indecent, offensive, coarse, or insulting language, or any form of harassment is prohibited and will not be tolerated. Consultant’s employees, agents, and subcontractors will be competent and hold appropriate licenses and endorsements. The City may require the removal of any employee or subcontractor of Consultant for misconduct or incompetent or negligent performance. Such persons will not be allowed to perform services under this Agreement without the written consent of the City.
Personnel ConductPersonnel assigned by the contractor to work on this contract must be acceptable to the government in terms of personal and professional conduct. Contractor management shall provide sufficient oversight and supervision to ensure employees (direct or subcontracted), are fulfilling their technical responsibilities and doing so in the best interest of the government. It is understood that any personnel assigned by the contractor or subcontractor to the performance of the work hereunder, if in conflict with the best interests of the government, shall be immediately removed from the assigned position. The CO may elect to direct the retention of an individual on a task until a replacement has been approved, or reported, or until a transition has occurred. Employment and staffing difficulties shall not be justification for failure to meet established schedules, and if such difficulties impair performance, the contractor may be subject to default.
Personnel Conduct. Provider shall be solely responsible for the conduct of its employees and subcontractors working on-site at the State under the terms of this Agreement and shall ensure that such employees and subcontractors comply with the State's site safety, security, information security and personnel conduct rules and procedures, including drug screening, as well as applicable federal, state and local laws. The State reserves the right to require the immediate removal from the State’s premises of any employee, subcontractor or agent of Provider who the State believes has failed to so comply, or whose conduct or behavior is unacceptable or unprofessional or results in a security or safety breach.
Personnel ConductOur Personnel are subject to our Splunk Code of Conduct and Ethics here , which includes, without limitation, an obligation to comply with our policies on protecting customer information, prohibitions on illegal drugs and any impaired job performance, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting ethically at all times. We also background check our employees, per the Section below.
Personnel Conduct. Concessionaire shall not permit its agents or employees to use pressure sales tactics or to personally solicit customers of the Airport for Airport Valet Service offered by Concessionaire under this Agreement. City shall be the sole judge of whether conduct amounts to a violation of this section. Upon written notice from City, Concessionaire shall take all necessary steps to immediately eliminate conduct in violation of this section and to prevent its recurrence. All employees and Concessionaire representatives must conduct themselves at all times in a courteous manner toward the public and in accordance with Airport rules, regulations and policies.

Personnel ConductContractor personnel performing Curbside Collection will at all times be courteous, refrain from loud, inappropriate or obscene language, exercise due care, perform their work without delay, minimize noise, and avoid damage to public or private property. If on private property, Contractor personnel will follow the regular pedestrian walkways and paths, returning to the street after replacing empty Containers. Contractor personnel will not trespass or loiter, cross flower beds, xxxxxx, or property of adjoining premises, or meddle with property that does not concern them or their task at hand.
Personnel Conduct. 1. The Contractor’s personnel shall be trained both in program operations and in Customer service to ensure all personnel maintains a positive attitude when dealing with City staff and Customers. Contractor personnel shall conduct themselves at all times in a respectful and courteous manner and not use any abusive or foul language. 2. Perform their duties in accordance with all existing laws and ordinances and future amendments thereto of the Federal, State, and local governing boards. 3. Be clean and presentable in appearance, as can reasonably be expected. 4. Wear a uniform and employee identification badge or name tag. 5. Drive in a safe and considerate manner, including the speed limits. 6. Manage Carts in a careful manner by rolling, picking them up, emptying their contents into the Collection vehicle, and placing (not throwing, kicking or sliding) the Cart back to their designated location so as to avoid spillage and littering or damage to the Cart or property. 7. Monitor streets and alleys for any spillage and be responsible for cleaning up any litter or breakage, which are generated by Contractor or Residential customers and where such services would be within scope of this Contract. 8. Avoid damage to property and report any damage they cause or observe to the City staff. 9. Contractor’s employees shall not collect or scavenge through the Collection or other materials in any manner that relates to the contracted services. The Contractor shall immediately report to the City any instances of suspected scavenging or unauthorized removal of materials from any Collection Carts to St. Xxxxxxx Police non-emergency dispatch at 000-000-0000.

Personnel Conduct. (a) Contractor personnel shall conduct themselves in a professional and cooperative manner in fulfilling this agreement. (b) Performance of these services may involve work and/or residence on Federal property (i.e., National Forests and National Parks, etc.). Contractor’s employees are expected to follow the rules of conduct established which apply to all Government and non-Government personnel working or residing on Government facilities (c) Personnel, who perform ineffectively, refuse to cooperate in the fulfillment of the agreement objectives, or are unable or unwilling to adapt to field living conditions, or whose general performance is unsatisfactory or otherwise disruptive, may be required to be replaced. (d) The CO shall notify the Contractor of specifics of the unsatisfactory conduct and/or performance by the Contractor’s personnel. The determination of unacceptability is at the sole discretion of the CO. When directed by the CO, the offeror shall replace unacceptable personnel.
