Common use of Marketing Meetings; Reports Clause in Contracts

Marketing Meetings; Reports. Following the Launch of the Products by Vertical, representatives of Argent and Vertical shall meet at least quarterly to discuss Vertical’s marketing plans and other information concerning the ongoing commercialization of the Products. Vertical shall provide information available to it about the Products and its ability to compete with other products for related uses and to meet customer needs. Vertical shall provide Argent information regarding sales of the Products, including but not limited to such information as pricing trends on a national basis.
