I acknowledge and grant to Coach Xx’s Driving School, or anyone authorized by Coach Xx’s Driving School, all rights to record, edit, broadcast, or reproduce any portion of my personal appearance and/or that of the student noted on the registration, in any form but not limited to: audio, video, photographic, verbal, written, printed, electronic reproduction or distribution. I agree not to receive any form of compensation for said rights, now or in the future, and that anything of value received by Coach Xx’s Driving School, as a result of the appearance of myself and/or the student noted on the registration, will become the sole property of Coach Xx’s Driving School. Marketing Release. FairCom shall have the right to use Licensee’s name as a customer of FairCom products and to generally describe the Application and Licensee’s use of FairCom technology in FairCom’s marketing program.

Marketing Release. I understand that effective public relations are important to the success of any organization. Therefore, I hereby give my free and unlimited consent and permission, waiving all claims for any compensation by reason thereof or for damages by reason thereof, to use, publish, republish, or exhibit in the furtherance of its work, with or without identification of me by name, the photographs, videos, or disseminate statements referring to me in my capacity as a volunteer, if Helping Hands so desires, and to authorize any newspaper, company, or other organization to use said materials with or without identification of me by name, and to publish or disseminate statements referring to me in conjunction therewith in the promotion of Helping Hands and any of its fund campaigns or any of its activities.
Marketing Release. Obligors hereby consent to the publication and other advertisement by Agent and/or any Lender in various media of the transactions occurring under this Agreement.

Marketing Release. 12.1. I grant permission to Solgen Power and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, my property, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release Solgen Power and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during a testimonial, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I waive my right to any compensation.
