Marks Protection. Licensor reserves the sole and exclusive right at its discretion to assert claims against third parties for infringement or misuse of its Marks. Licensee shall provide reasonable assistance to and cooperate with Licensor in connection therewith as may be necessary to give effect to the foregoing. If Licensor elects to initiate any action or proceeding in connection with the licensed Marks, it may do so in its own name alone or may elect to join Licensee as a party. In the event that Licensor joins Licensee as a party, Licensee shall not object to such joinder.
