Marks Usage. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SPEL grants to you and your Affiliates, and you grant to SPEL and its Affiliates, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license during the Term to use the Marks of the grantor party or its Affiliate solely to identify Stripe as your service provider. Accordingly, Stripe and its Affiliates may use those Marks:
(a) on Stripe webpages and apps that identify Stripe’s customers;
(b) in Stripe sales/marketing materials and communications; and
(c) in connection with promotional activities to which the parties agree in writing. When using Marks of Stripe or its Affiliate, you must comply with the Stripe Marks Usage Terms and all additional usage terms and guidelines that Stripe provides to you in writing (if any). All goodwill generated from the use of Marks will inure to the sole benefit of the Mark owner.

In addition to the license you grant to Stripe in Section 7.3 of the General Terms, you grant to Stripe and its Affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license during the Term to (a) use Marks belonging to you or your Affiliates to identify you to the Connections End User as a recipient of the Stripe Financial Connections Services; and (b) sublicense those Marks to Data Sources.
Marks Usage. Each of the Section and the CNF will use the other’s marks, logos, and related items in a manner consistent with the owner’s usage protocols.
Marks Usage. Licensee shall display and use the Marks only in such form as currently used by Licensee or as Licensor shall reasonably approve in writing. With respect to the Inland and Design service mark, Xxcensee's use shall be limited as follows:
(a) the signage currently utilized at shopping center locations on the Effective Date hereof may remain at each specific location only, and any replacement, repainting or repair of such signage must adopt the Marks, and shall not use the Inland and Design service mark, xxd (b) Licensee may continue to use its existing supply of brochures and other marketing materials bearing the Inland and Design service mark, xxt no reprints or replenishments may bear the Inland and Design service mark.
