Additional Usage. If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the Work, Client agrees to seek permission from the Photographer and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.
Additional Usage. If the Subscriber’s use of the Platform exceeds the number of Users and/or service capacity set out in the Order Form, the Company shall be entitled to raise a separate invoice or include the relevant amount payable for such additional usage in the invoices raised for the Fees, and the Subscriber agrees to pay such additional fees along with the Fees. Any failure or delay by the Company to raise an invoice for such additional fees shall not constitute a waiver and the Company reserves the right to charge such additional fees anytime during or upon the expiry of the relevant Term.
Additional Usage. Customer may purchase increased usage limits during a Subscription Term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing or at the pricing set out in the applicable Order Form, prorated for the portion of the Subscription Term remaining at the time the increased usage is added to the subscription, and any increased or additional usage limits will terminate at the end of the Subscription Term for the underlying subscription.
Additional Usage. Videographer is hereby granted the right to use the Work Product, preliminary material and excerpts of Work Product in his or her professional and personal portfolio. If Videographer wishes to make any uses of the Work Product in addition to those herein agreed, Videographer agrees to seek permission from the Client and make such further arrangements as are agreed to between the parties at that time.
Additional Usage. Customer may purchase additional Deployment Attributes (including adding End Users) during an Order Term by executing an additional Order Form. Such purchase will have a pro-rated term ending on the last day of the applicable Order Term. Deployment Attributes cannot be decreased during the Order Term.
Additional Usage. If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the photographs not covered in the initial agreement, Client shall obtain written permission from the Photographer and pay an additional fee to be agreed upon.
Additional Usage. Customer may increase Deployment Attributes (including adding Users) at any time during the term of the Agreement by executing a new Order Form identifying the additional Deployment Attributes and related pricing. Increases in Deployment Attributes will co-terminate on the same date as the pre-existing Subscription Term. Customer understands and agrees that Customer will be charged a pro-rata fee for the initial month in which Deployment Attributes are added and a monthly fee for each of the monthly periods remaining in the then-current Subscription Term. Customer also understands and agrees that the Deployment Attributes purchased under a specific Order Form cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term.
Additional Usage. Use by Client for any purpose other than specified herein is prohibited. Wild Love Photos may not be used for any promotions, websites, or publications that promote or encourage hunting, the abuse or testing of nonhuman animals, or the consumption of nonhuman animal flesh or secretions. Wild Love Photos may not be used for any promotions, websites, or publications that express bigotry, hate speech, or discrimination against any group of human or nonhuman animals.
Additional Usage. If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the sketches or final Ketubah, Client agrees to seek permission from the Artist and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.
Additional Usage. If Client wishes to make any uses of the Work Product in addition to those herein agreed, Client agrees to seek permission from the Videographer and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.
