Mass Calling Events. Parties will notify each other at least seven (7) Days in advance where ported numbers are utilized. Parties will only port mass calling numbers using switch translations and a choke network for call routing. Porting on mass calling numbers will be handled outside the normal porting process and comply with any applicable federal regulatory requirements or industry guidelines developed for mass calling numbers.
