Mass Management. The Warehouser and Deliverer will ensure that all vehicle loads entering a Bunge Facility comply with relevant Laws for mass management limits and Bunge’s HMMP guidelines and policies including (but not limited to) the HMMS Code of Practice and Truck Overloading Policy.
