Master Engineer. For projects where a licensed engineer is the lead consultant preparing the performance specifications and any bridging documents, this agreement should be modified accordingly. A Facility may change all references to the “Master Architect” to read “Master Engineer”, or the Facility may simply define the consultant as the “Master Engineer” and define“Master Architect” to mean the person identified as the “Master Engineer” on the 1st page of the agreement.   • Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract. The value engineering proposal shall, at a minimum, include the following;

  • Services of Engineer (Scope of Services) The specific services to be provided or furnished by Engineer under this Service Order are set forth in “Part 1—Services” of Exhibit A, “Engineer’s Services for Service Order,” modified for this specific Service Order, and attached to and incorporated as part of this Service Order.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Project Engineer If the Project has been designed by the Project Engineer, the Project Engineer is to act as the Owner's representative, assumes all duties and responsibilities, and has the rights and authority assigned to Project Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
