Master Plan for Infrastructure. The City and Owners recognize that, in addition to the direct costs of the City Projects and the Greenstone Projects, various other costs associated with the Development of the Property will be required and it is expected that those costs will be shared pursuant to a mutually agreeable arrangement among the City, Owners and Developers.
