Master Servicer Certificate. On or before the thirtieth calendar day after the Initial Transfer Date, the Purchaser shall receive a certificate from the Master Servicer stating that all computer linkups and interfaces necessary or desirable, in the judgment of the Master Servicer, to effectuate the transactions and information transfers contemplated hereunder, are fully operational to the satisfaction of the Master Servicer.
