Common use of MASTER SERVICER'S CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

MASTER SERVICER'S CERTIFICATE. Section 4.01 Master Servicer's Certificate. Each month, not later than 12:00 noon Eastern time on the 18th calendar day of such month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the following Business Day), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Securities Administrator, a Master Servicer's Certificate based solely on the information provided by the Servicers (in substance and format mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator) certified by a Master Servicing Officer setting forth the information necessary in order for the Securities Administrator to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Securities Administrator may conclusively rely upon the information contained in a Master Servicer's Certificate delivered by the Master Servicer for all purposes hereunder and shall have no duty to verify or re-compute any of the information contained therein.

The Securities Administrator may conclusively rely upon the information contained in a Master Servicer's Certificate delivered by the Master Servicer for all purposes hereunder and shall have no duty to verify or re-compute any of the information contained therein.

Eastern time on the 18th calendar day of such month (or if such day is not a 5th Business Day, the following Business Day)Day prior to each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Securities Administrator, a Master Servicer's Certificate based solely on the information provided by the Servicers (in substance and format mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator) certified by a Master Servicing Officer setting forth the information necessary in order for the Securities Administrator to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Securities Administrator may conclusively rely upon the information contained in a Master Servicer's Certificate delivered by the Master Servicer for all purposes hereunder and shall have no duty to verify or re-compute any of the information contained therein.
