Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
Cooperative Procurement To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we agree that this Agreement may be used as a cooperative procurement vehicle by eligible jurisdictions. Foreign Exchange Risk Any foreign currency investments and exposures would normally be hedged via the use of forward foreign exchange contracts and/or currency options or preferably by a natural hedge with foreign pay liabilities of the Insurance Company. Unhedged foreign investments will be limited to 10% of invested assets at cost if judged appropriate. Unhedged exposure above this amount must be approved by the Investment Committee.
Foreign Exchange PFPC Trust and/or sub-custodians may enter into or arrange foreign exchange transactions (at such rates as they may consider appropriate) in order to facilitate transactions under this Agreement, and such entities and/or their affiliates may receive compensation in connection with such foreign exchange transactions.
