Match Requirement. The Grantee shall match the total Grant amount received from the City based upon the expenditure of one dollar ($1.00) of Grantee funds for each one dollar ($1.00) of Grant funding ("Matching Funds"). The source and amount of Matching Funds shall be identified by the Grantee in the Reimbursement Request, as described in Section 1.05.
