Common use of Material Distribution/Orientation Clause in Contracts

Material Distribution/Orientation. 1. The Association shall have permission to participate in the District planning committee for new employee orientation and participate in new employee orientation meetings. 2. The Association shall have permission to distribute materials and information to employees throughout the year. including during orientation meetings and to employees new to the District. The faculty representative shall provide copies of all such materials to his/her building principal at the time of distribution. The Association President or designee shall provide copies of all such materials to the superintendent's office at the time of distribution. (Revised 2001. 2007/2008. 2009/2010)
