Material Not Available for Inspection. It is agreed that any material and/or matter not available for inspection, except as it relates to on‐going investigations such as provided for in Section 1 above, shall not be used in any manner or any forum adverse to the employee’s interest unless first made available to the employee, if possible, at least three (3) days before it is so used.
