Material Standards. All material or equipment furnished shall meet the minimum requirements of the Occupational Safety & Health Standard (OSHA) published in the Federal Register.
Material Standards. NZS 4203 has been written in limit state format, and in conjunction with New Zealand material standards which are also written in limit state format. The seismic design of components and systems shall comply with these material standards. For materials not covered by these standards and for which the relevant material standards have not been drafted in limit state format, the Contractor shall adopt a rational design approach to the assessment of component strength and system performance, to achieve the intent of the loadings code NZS 4203.
Material Standards. Design of foundation for mounting the structure should be as per defined standards which clearly states the Load Bearing Capacity & other relevant parameters forfoundation design (As per IS 6403 / 456 / 4091 / 875). • Grade of raw material to be used for mounting the structures so that it complies the defined wind loading conditions (As per IS 875 - III) should be referred as follows (IS2062 – for angles and channels, IS 1079 – for sheet, IS 1161 & 1239 for round pipes, IS 4923 for rectangular and square hollow section) • Test reports for the raw material should be as per IS 1852 / 808 / 2062 / 1079 / 811. • In process inspection report as per approved drawing & tolerance should be as per IS 7215. • For ascertaining proper welding of structure part following should be referred: • D.P. Test (Pin Hole / Crack) (IS 822) • Weld wire grade should be of grade (ER 70 S - 6) • For ascertaining hot dip galvanizing of fabricated structure following should be referred: - • Min coating required should be as per IS 4759 & EN 1461. • Testing of galvanized material • Xxxxxx Test (IS 2633) • Mass of Zinc (IS 6745) • Adhesion Test (IS 2629) • CuSO4 Test (IS 2633) • Superior High-Grade Zinc Ingot should be of 99.999% purity (IS 209)(Preferably Hindustan Zinc Limited or Equivalent). • Foundation Hardware – If using foundation bolt in foundation then it should be as perIS 5624.
Material Standards. When an article is mentioned by trade name or a manufacturer’s name, it is intended to establish a standard of merit. Articles from other manufacturers may be used provided they are of the same type and of equal quality. The Department will be the sole judge as to “equal.” All materials and equipment must be new, or certified overhauled and installed as recommended by the manufacturer. All materials and equipment must be properly tested, regulated, adjusted, and placed in proper operating condition before the Work can be accepted by the County.
Material Standards. The overall quality and longevity of any sewerage system is a combination of the design, the quality of construction and the quality of the materials utilized. Longevity is a critical issue for any municipality in the development of its wastewater infrastructure, which is often the most expensive capital undertaking of any infrastructure that a municipality pursues. Due to its high capital expense and expected design life of over 50 years for sanitary sewers, the materials utilized in construction are critical to achieving a long design life. To this end, and similar to the technical standards, the WPCA has adopted a list of specific materials required to be utilized for all sewerage systems that are part of the WPCA system, whether constructed by the WPCA or constructed by others. The material standards can be found in the appendices.
Material Standards. All products used by Contractor in performing its work under this Contract shall meet the material codes for US Department of Energy 440.21 Appendix A ASTM and Attachment 1. United Laboratories rating will apply. Contractor shall comply with Minnesota statues on AWAIR.
Material Standards. Whenever in any of the contract documents any item is defined by describing proprietary products or by using names of manufacturers or vendors, PROPOSALS SUBMITTED AND CONTRACT AWARDED SHALL BE BASED UPON ITEM SPECIFIED. Any item not specifically mentioned in the contract documents may be submitted during the proposal period for consideration as equal to that specified, providing such submission is made in writing, in sufficient time for the issuance of an addendum to the contract documents. Vendor shall contact the Engineer at telephone: (000) 000-0000. Should the Contractor desire, after the award of a contract, to make a substitution, he shall make a request for such substitution in writing, stating the amount of credit to the Owner for such substitution. No substitution shall be made without written authorization from the Engineer.
Material Standards. All products used by Contractor in performing its work under this Contract shall meet the material codes for US Department of Energy 440.21 Appendix A ASTM. United Laboratories rating will apply. Contractor shall comply with Minnesota statues on AWAIR. Invoices submitted to Semcac shall provide sufficient detail and be in a format acceptable to Semcac. The Agreement Sum shall be payable as specified in the Weatherization Pricing for contract work on Site built Homes and for Mobile Homes document. The prices quoted in the Weatherization Pricing for contract work on Site built Homes and for Mobile Homes document will be reviewed and updated annually, or as needed if a significant change occurs in the industry product pricing. Items required for payment: o Signed lien waiver o Complete Completion Certificate o Documented work order o Lead Safe Renovation Recordkeeping form and pictures documenting proper practices were followed (if applicable) o Completed Blower Door, House Pressures & Mechanical Testing form Semcac may withhold payment on any invoice/work to such extent as may in Semcac’s good faith opinion be necessary to protect it against loss due to:
Material Standards a. The design, manufacture, and testing of all electrical equipment and materials shall conform to or exceed the latest applicable standard of NEMA, IEEE, and ANSI.
Material Standards. N-VIRO represents and warrants that the delivered -------------------- N-VIRO material will comply with the USEPA EQS standards as identified in 40CFR. Part 503, Pathogens, 503.32(a)(4), Alternative #2 and Vector Attraction Reduction, 503.33 (b)(6), and Table 3 Metal Limits. MMIT and/or Landlords shall have the right to reject any N-VIRO material delivery that they, in good faith, do not believe complies with the above standards.
