PAYMENT OF SURETY. Should the Bidder default in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder, and should the Surety under any bonds issued in connection with the awarded Agreement take over performance of any or all of Bidder’s obligations hereunder, the County may, at its option, make any payments which would otherwise be due to the Bidder, but for the Bidder’s default and the Surety’s takeover, directly to the surety. Any such payments shall discharge to the extent made the payment obligations of the County under this agreement. The County shall make any direct payments to the Surety only after providing five (5) calendar days written notice to Bidder and Surety of its intent to make the payments.   • Engineer Payment of Subproviders No later than ten (10) days after receiving payment from the State, the Engineer shall pay all subproviders for work performed under a subcontract authorized hereunder. The State may withhold all payments that have or may become due if the Engineer fails to comply with the ten-day payment requirement. The State may also suspend the work under this contract or any work authorization until subproviders are paid. This requirement also applies to all lower tier subproviders, and this provision must be incorporated into all subcontracts.

  • Payment of Supplementary Xxxx 10.7.1 SPD may raise a ("Supplementary Xxxx") for payment on account of:

  • Payment of Bills Except as otherwise indicated herein or on the Service Order(s), Comcast will invoice Customer in advance on a monthly basis for all monthly recurring Service charges and fees arising under the Agreement. All other charges will be billed monthly in arrears. Customer shall make payment to Comcast for all invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. Any amounts not paid to Comcast within such period will be considered past due. If a Service Commencement Date is not the first day of a billing period, Xxxxxxxx’s next monthly invoice shall include a prorated charge for the Services, from the date of installation to the first day of the new billing. In certain cases, Comcast may agree to provide billing services on behalf of third parties, as the agent of the third party. Any such third-party charges shall be payable pursuant to any contract or other arrangement between Customer and the third party. Comcast shall not be responsible for any dispute regarding these charges between Xxxxxxxx and such third party. Customer must address all such disputes directly with the third party.

  • PAYMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS The Contractor is obligated to take one of the two following actions within seven days after receipt of payment by the County for work performed by any subcontractor under this Contract:

  • Acknowledgement of Support Unless the Province directs the Recipient to do otherwise, the Recipient will, in respect of any Project-related publications, whether written, oral, or visual, acknowledge the Province’s and Canada’s support for the Project.

Benefits designed to cover cost-sharing amounts under Medicare will be changed auto- matically to coincide with any changes in the applicable Medicare-determined Deductible and coinsurance amounts. Dues may be modi- fied to correspond with such changes. Dues are determined based on age of the Sub- xxxxxxx, subject to the right reserved by Blue Shield to modify these dues with at least sixty (60) days notice as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Payment of Services 1. For courses taught at a High School facility utilizing High School teachers who are qualified by the DCCCD College using Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards to teach college level courses, DCCCD shall pay as follows:

  • Payment of Utilities Pay for electricity and all other utilities consumed in or relating to the Subject Unit and proportionately for the Common Portions.

  • Payment of Indebtedness Upon Demand The Customer shall at all times be liable for the payment upon demand of any obligations owing from the Customer to you, and the Customer shall be liable to you for any deficiency remaining in any such accounts in the event of the liquidation thereof (as contemplated in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement or otherwise), in whole or in part, by you or by the Customer; and the Customer shall make payment of such obligations upon demand.
