Material Support Center, Germany. The Seller has established its material headquarters in Hamburg, Germany (the “Airbus Material Center”) and will, during the Term, maintain, or have maintained on its behalf, a central store of Seller Parts. The Airbus Material Center will be operated twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
