Materials and Information. (a) The Board agrees to give the Federation copies of the collective bargaining agreement for each member of the bargaining unit and a reasonable number for its own use. The Board will also give to the Federation copies of applicable insurance contracts for distribution to each covered teacher. The Board will provide copies of the collective bargaining agreement and copies of applicable insurance contracts directly to new hires. (b) Copies of all new policies approved by the Board and all minutes of Board meetings, including executive sessions, shall be sent to the Federation office.
